6 chicken breast halves
3-4 scallions, chopped
1 1/2 cups wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp thyme
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ginger
salt and pepper
Place onions at bottom of crockpot.  Rub chicken with spices and place in crockpot.  Pour cherries, wine and broth on top.  Cook for 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
